1. Since she's already been fighting so long, she should have waited to see how ADOR would respond to NewJeans' contentious letter.
I don't understand what's the point of starting to move without waiting for that, so I have a strong impression that she's working on the timing of something again, as she did before.
While I have the impression that Min's moves up to now have been very calculated, I have often felt that her claims and "real objectives" were not in line with each other.
This time is NewJeans who made a request for her, but the fact that she's starting to move without waiting for the result of that makes me strongly question if she really cares about NewJeans as if they were her own children.
Even if it's something that they've discussed privately, I personally feel that the girls were taken advantage of.

2. "I have so far devoted all the effort I can muster to adhere to the Shareholders Agreement and return ADOR to the same original position it was in prior to April"
Sure you have. Min has only ever been in it to exercise her put option and get a lot of money, and if she really cared about NewJeans, she could have chosen to stick it out as a producer or stay on the board.
I had a suspicious feeling around the time she put NewJeans in the line of fire, but I guess money is more important to her than NewJeans.

3. I'm a little surprised that she announced this decision at this timing when they said that Hanni is not recognized as a worker.
More importantly, why did New Jeans members send a content-certified letter saying that they would terminate the contract if Min Heejin did not return to HYBE?
If Min Heejin quits HYBE, it doesn't matter what ADOR does or doesn't do, it won't matter what the members asked for, so I just don't understand the meaning of her decision.
Doesn't this make all the girls' actions in trying to ensure her return to ADOR in vain?

4. NewJeans, I liked their atmosphere. It's nice that you guys adore Min Heejin, but she wasn't the only one who supported you. You just went too far. Even if they later say they were taken advantage of, they are already working and not children, so they made their own choice.
If the group is as talented as Queen, they can go their own way and compete.
I wonder if they can produce good songs from now on. Even if they have some ability in singing and dancing, without members who can write lyrics, I think this development will be tough.

5. Min Heejin leaked the shareholder agreement to the economic media through her deputy in April and did not even keep it confidential.
She should have left ADOR/HYBE as of April.
Many lawsuits have been filed and I do not believe Min has a chance of winning. She should admit her mistake and apologize.

6. It's a shame because they were a good group, and I feel sorry for the members who are being pushed around by adult circumstances. Even though it's just business, I think that Min and Park Ji-won should've treated with the members of New Jeans with the utmost care.

7. Oh well. The current turmoil has given the impression that this person was fired as a result of her greed, and that the members are people who always try to put on the victim's face and go out of their way to get what they want.
It's hard to support them anymore, cause of that greed.

8. Well, Min created NewJeans, but what does she think about the possibility of such a successful talent being destroyed now? As a producer, you have to protect the talent no matter what.
I feel sorry for NewJeans, I feel they're being pushed around by her.

9. I'd go so far as to say there'll be no reconciliation.
New Jeans will follow her, so I guess they'll change the name and do it under a new company.
During the old Johnny's time, there were a lot of conjectures and pressure in Japan as well, but let's see if they can also do well enough to overcome it!

10. To be honest, I don't know who is worse, HYBE or Min Heejin, but all I know is that both of them don't have NewJeans as their priority at all. Their only concerns are their own position and money. I like NewJeans and will continue to support them, but I feel the adults were too cruel. I wish they would have protected the girls who are still at an age where they can be considered children.
